Gold Leaf Events was born in 2018 out of a passion for planning events, supporting local, and bringing people together. Krista Powell has over 15 years of experience planning weddings, galas, festivals, golf tournaments, luncheons, conferences, receptions and more! Krista is a certified event planner and is located in Minnedosa but loves planning and holding events all over Manitoba.

​Krista is animal obsessed and has 2 dogs. She loves spreadsheets, her nieces, the colour pink, and when she isn’t working, she is always making something. You will find Krista in the kitchen baking or in her craft room crafting. Her side gig is Silver Leaf Creations and loves to attend, and plan craft sales and markets!
